Under current government guidelines we are allowed to open as usual. While this is good news, we will have to put in place special safety and social distancing measures to ensure all our patients and our team remain safe. Please take a few moments to read the information below in order to become familiar with what to expect when you visit us for your dental appointments. We’ve also made a video about this which you can watch by clicking here.

We are now able to go ahead with routine and emergency dental appointments, please contact our reception team on 01926 311698 to book an appointment.

Unfortunately we are unable to register new NHS patients at this time but will endeavour to offer an emergency appointment while you find a practice for your ongoing dental care.

On arrival to the practice ensure you attend your appointment alone. If it is essential you are accompanied, only one person may accompany you. If arriving by car, remain in your vehicle and await a call from us to invite you into the practice. If arriving by foot, ring the intercom located outside the practice to let us know you have arrived. Our waiting rooms are open, with reduced capacity to allow for social distancing.

You will be escorted into the building by a member of staff, who will direct you to use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser and take your temperature. Please ensure you are wearing a face covering upon entering the practice.

If you normally pay for your dental treatment, our reception is open and taking card payments.

If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms before your appointment please call us to re-arrange your appointment. If you have any further questions, please call our reception team on 01926 311698.
